How many people can The Venue @ ZORB host
The Venue @ ZORB can host up to 60 people in the marquee, but our outdoor space allows us to host up to 100 comfortably.
Do you operate events in bad weather?
Yes! The marquee allows us to host events even if the rain sets in or the wind picks up. Our event coordination staff will let you know if the weather gets too much for The Venue to operate in.
Can I bring my own food?
We have preferred suppliers for food. Please inquire with our event coordination team for full menus! We also have a wood-fire pizza oven and BBQ, which are available through our preferred vendors.
Do your require a deposit to book?
We require a 25% deposit in order to book and the remaining balance to be paid 3 days before the event date.
Are ZORB rides the only activity?
We offer plenty of dry activities that are focused on team building and engagement. We also offer some more casual options like Paddock Golf. You can ask our event coordination team for a full list of activities!
Can I add ZORB rides in for my group?
Absolutely! Our event coordination staff can help you book your group’s ZORB rides so that you have allocated time slots.
Do we need to book ZORB rides separately?
You can book your event and ZORB rides at the same time to streamline the process. Just let our team know how many people want to participate so that we can allocate the correct number of slots.
Is alcohol allowed?
We’re a non-licenses vendor. However, bar service is available through our preferred suppliers.
What AV equipment is included?
We provide an 85″ TV, microphone, and PA system as well as connectors for all common laptops and tablets.
What theming and furniture is available?
We can provide rectangular tables and chairs that can seat six comfortably. We also have bar leaners and lounge chairs at the marquee.
