Zorb Tracks

Try one track or experience them all! The secret ingredient is that we add 40 litres of fresh water to every ball (warm water in the winter and cool water in the summer). Discover why ZORB is a top-rated Rotorua activity and a must-do for anyone seeking the ultimate New Zealand adventure.

    Superman dive into a ZORB ball and slip, slide, and laugh your way down the 250m long slope! Riders have the option of racing their friends and family down our dual tracks, and if you have the skills, try to stay upright and run all the way down the hill (for the extra competitive).

    The PIPELINE is our newest track at ZORB Rotorua. This track is out-the-gate fun and offers a bit of everything: a wiggle and a weave to start, a dash through an arboreal tunnel, and a sweeping half pipe finish! The PIPELINE combines big turns and fast straights with the signature excitement ZORB is known for!

    The Inventors of ZORB

    Downhill ball rolling in a giant inflatable sphere can be experienced all over the world thanks to two Kiwi blokes, Andrew Akers and Dwane van der Sluis, who invented the craze in 1994. ZORB Rotorua is owned and operated by Andrew and his brother David in Rotorua, New Zealand.
