While we are back up and rolling, things aren’t 100% back to normal just yet. Please be aware that we will be operating on reduced hours and have implemented additional health & safety measures in accordance with the NZ COVID-19 guidelines to keep you and our staff safe and well. BOOKINGS:

No need to pick a time to ride,  just the date of your arrival. We do not have set activity times so you can arrive at your leisure.

TIME TO ALLOW & WHAT TO BRING:

It pays to allow about one hour with us, this will give you time to do a couple of rides as well as time to relax in our hot tubs in-between.

All H2OGO rides are in water (cool in summer, warm water in winter). Guests are advised to bring their swimwear and a towel.

HIRE GEAR:

If you do not have your own swimwear, we are able to hire shorts, t-shirt and provide a towel for an additional cost of $7.00 per person.

RESTRICTIONS:

All Riders must be 5 years of age and over. Maximum individual weight is 125KG or 275lb.

Guests are not able to participate if they are pregnant. Guests will also not be able to ride if they have impairment due to the influence of alcohol or drugs. We do have other ride restrictions, for further information or if you have any questions about your ability to ride please contact us on info@zorb.com.

PHOTOGRAPHY:

Our onsite photographer captures high quality images and video footage of your rides. We give every rider a GOPRO camera to capture in ride footage. Photo OR Video can be purchased on day and we will email them directly to you. $20.00 for photos or video only or you can purchase both for $30.00.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Changed your mind? For what ever reason you change your mind and do not want to complete your ride, we will refund your money. Contact us on info@zorb.com if you need help.
