Our vouchers are typically valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to plan their adventure.
Do I need to book a specific time when I buy a gift?
While calling ahead to reserve a time slot is highly recommended, we’re flexible! Feel free to roll up whenever you want (within operating hours) and we’ll get you taken care of.

Are there any weight or health restrictions?
Yes, for safety, riders must be within our maximum weight limit of 135kg. We also advise that pregnant guests or those under the influence of alcohol cannot participate.

Is there an extra cost for hire gear?
